BarnCRM is the working name for a connected barn management platform. The initial website focuses on boarding and lessons, with scheduling, care, onboarding, and billing.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Explore the demo to create an isolated sample barn. Its records, signatures, and payments are clearly marked as practice.
How do families and riders join?
Create your adult account and confirm your email, then enter the barn’s six-digit join code. A manager reviews your request and grants access to your workspace and authorized riders. Parents manage their children through their own adult account.
Does it run on a phone?
The website adapts to phone and tablet browsers. Native iPhone and Android applications are deferred.
Will practice actions charge anyone?
No. Practice payments are simulations. Local provider adapters simulate their responses, and live payments remain disabled.
Can it replace the barn’s emergency protocol?
No. Emergency records help staff retrieve agreed directions, contacts, and authority. Staff still follow the standing barn and veterinarian protocol and use direct phone fallback.
What does it cost?
